Seated Yoga

Thanks to the Community Foundation Northern Ireland, we will be providing a weekly online seated yoga class.
These will be on Monday mornings at 9.30am and will commence on the 22nd June
These sessions will be open to anyone, free of charge, but will be particularly applicable to seniors, those with mobility or specific health issues. The practice is all chair based and adaptable to each person.
The sessions will be accessed by Zoom which is free to use and very straightforward to navigate. For more information, or to join please  message us or email Bruce
