Retreat Day: Mind, Body, Spirit Day

In recent times we have all became more aware of the connection between our mind and body, as
well as the influence of our lifestyle and choices upon these and their being in balance and
wellbeing.

In this relaxing one day retreat you’ll have the opportunity to refresh and rejuvenate mind, body and
soul.

The day will include a gently energising morning yoga practice, a restorative afternoon practice. We
will also be looking at some theories and practices of Yoga and Ayurveda that can easily be applied
on a daily basis to maintain the health and harmony of body, mind and spirit.
The day will also include a vegetarian lunch, made with locally produced organic foodstuffs.
