Join Bruce for a free gentle yoga, meditation and relaxation practice.

Our online morning yoga sessions are continuing as usual, you can join us Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday each week from 10.30- 11.30 am. Just follow the link to join. It’s an accessible, breath led yoga and meditation practice, suitable for everyone, both experienced and those new to yoga.
