Morning online Yoga from the Pod Project.
Join Bruce for a gentle yoga, meditation and relaxation practice. The invite from Zoom, which is the platform we’ll be using is posted below, the same link will open each mornings session Monday to Friday.
You’ll need to download zoom which is free.Once you click on the invite it’ll open the meeting for you. In advance plan how you will position yourself to face your device. Zoom is interactive, so we can see each other. The first sessions are going to be seated so you can either sit on a yoga mat or on a chair.
The sessions will be 25 minutes long and will all begin at 10.30am.
